I have moved home between countries a few times in the last 10 years. And it is incredibly annoying that programmers (or product owners) think that people don't move.
1. Steam is not set to deal with "phone", "IP" and "credit card" being different countries. BUT, at least it is possible to get "Support" to fix it.
2. PayPal; Nah! If you move country, you have to open a new account with a new email address.
3. Netflix; Move country?? Nah! New account, your viewing history is lost.
