Apollo Dev isn't on my specific list so I assume it was user granted permission though I'm not sure. There also seems to be some on most iPhone users' list that no one gave explicit permission for like "UGM microservice" and "This promoter". My current theory is Apple has some sort of licensing deal with the big labels that include opt-out user data tracking.
