Yes you really should call and ask 😭😭 I'm not familiar with hernias personally. But my Nana gets them and had to have surgery on hers. Tyler had one but I don't think it bothers him anymore. Do you have any idea how you caused the original one? Did it happen during your initial posture related crisis?
