Actually, there is more, the main author of Willow invented set reconciliation algorithm, which I then explained to the author of Strfry relay, which he then implemented as Negentropy which is a set reconciliation algorithm for Nostr events that Damus uses to do set reconciliation with other relays.
So in a sense, Nostr already implemented some of Willow protocols :).
