anyway my personal headcanon is that Chicago is a fully owned and operated subsidiary of Hell and that if you are born there and die there you go to Hell so is the imperative of every native born Chicagoan to move elsewhere so Satan doesn't feast on their souls (sent to him earlier than expected via the cursed culinary catastrophes the city invents on a daily basis)
