Oh! After re-reading your original post, I may have misunderstood what you wanted.
I think you want to turn Win10 workstations into Linux workstations and use with your existing Active Directory setup.
I have limited experience with that but afaik, Ubuntu Desktop has the most straight forward (turn key) integration with Active Directory and it can be managed via GPOs:
