Like animal products. "in theory" eating eggs could mean no animals get harmed. for example, if you had your own chickens at home, and they just happened to lay eggs, it would be morally much more justifiable to eat them than the ones you get from factory farms where all male chicks get killed on day one.
in reality, there is no egg you can buy that doesn't involve killing animals. "in theory" means shit all
