The leader of a Black militia formed to provide an "alternative" to traditional policing in Cleveland, Ohio, has been arrested for the strong-armed extortion of a local business, police say.

Antoine “Fahiem” Tolbert of the New Era Movement is now being accused of forcing locals to pay protection money or be terrorized by groups of 10-20 heavily armed Blacks.
