It’s a good question.

The answer is that even if some (or all) relay or node runners in that jurisdiction shut down, nostr and Bitcoin are global protocols and there will always be other nodes and relays outside the control of a single government.

And that doesn’t even account for the people who will continue running nodes and relays despite a ban, anonymously, because it is the right thing to do. note1whm…xg5w
