Once a week I focus my running on speed training.
One option is stride repeats. You can increase the intensity gradually by starting with 4 repeats, then 6 the following week, all the way to 12.
You can monitor your cadence with a smart watch like Garmin or just “run as fast as you can”.
I’ll share other speed training exercises in the following days with #speedtraining
