What if I told you I have nothing against the Japanese, but I want to kill all "Niponists", which is a term for anyone who thinks Japan should exist as a sovereign nation.
All people in Japan are presumed Niponist till proven innocent. And people of Japanese origin, whether they can pass or not, are presumed Niponist, too.
But I'm not racist, right? I don't hate Japanese, just Niponists!
