my rationale is that is practically possible to already have sent the same utxo to 2 different addresses, one mined on saylorchain and the other on bip110 block
so for practical reasons there are already two different chains
i understand that there can be some possible replay transactions that would allow you to get the coins moving to the same address on both chains but would be more like a hack or exception
