Has anyone on nostr ever shared a tutorial on how to run your own relay? If so, can you share?

Ngl I’m still wrapping my head around how all this works, but it seems to me the relays themselves need a better way to market and monetize. The way I found relays to connect to was by going to old #plebstr (pre OpenVibe) and seeing which relays other people were connected to there.

How do other Nostriches find relays besides Blastr?
