while you make a good point, the join thing is kinda retarded. the suburbs vs a street for smoking it is not a substantial difference, the weed only correlates with crime because blacks tend to do more and also tend to smoke more weed. outside of the crime of posessing and doing drugs which is equal and victimless in both cases, i wouldnt say the weed has any tie to criminal activity. i mean if it did your white kid in the suburbs example would be just as prone.
if your gonna make that example might as well just take the weed out of there and say blacks should be charged harder
