- Saturated fat does not cause heart disease, nor do polyunsaturates prevent it. This is mainstream science now with multiple systematic reviews of rcts to back it up.
- We are all protein defficient probably, protein is absolutely essential.
- Strength training is underappreciated. Get some muscle ffs.
