I'm gonna mute all the #politics hashtags and at least temporarily, those of you who post exclusively abt politics. The frantic frenzy you're spinning yourselves into is ineffective and actually detrimental:
it pushes away the people you think you're trying to influence and it sends exactly the wrong signals to the media companies you're complaining abt as you incessantly watch cable "news", keep checking twitter & substack. This isn't the whole problem but you're playing right into their hands.
