I know what I'm worried about at least.

But also, bonus, I am just getting over the shingles and that's not helping.

I think it is stress related. I am rotating my standard set of three or four stress dream archetypes every night. It's just a different flavour of nightmare than when I am sleeping well.

I'll get over it I think. Just a matter of time.
