I use privacy-respecting pay as you go Silent.Link eSIMS. They are international eSIMS that roam on US networks. You can pay with BTC, Lightning, or Monero (recommended). There is no registration necessary and you can sign up over Tor.
I have a US IDENTITY eSIM (inbound only with number) for 2FA, and I use their DATA only eSIM plan for everything else (it's blazing fast).
I also have multiple JMP.Chat VOIP numbers (personal, business, and burners) for when I need to call or text outside of privacy apps like Signal or SimpleX.
