I'm not a coder, how can I involve myself? I can't think of a safety system off the top of my head but blame games certainly ain't it. The law isn't written in crayon and the Judiciary isn't stupid. Moreover blame games are just about evasion of the law. Without due accountability humans tend to turn into monsters. Society descends into chaos as violence, looting, rape proliferate. We as a group need to mature. We cannot always justify everything by saying "Because fuck the government". Not everything the governments do is bad.

Regarding Telegram, France in particular and Western Europe in general isn't some third world backwater or dictatorship. I actually happen to have known some of the players in this game for over 15 years and I can tell you they're despicable.
