I didn't know what なまらめんこい meant.
なまら means very much / really in Hokkaido dialect (is that really a thing?), used where とっても (standard) or めっちゃ (kansai) is expected.
めんこい is also another Hokkaido dialect (and Tohoku too) to mean darling / lovely / cute / adorable
