Surprising missing items: steak knives, kitchen knives, measuring cups, heavier restaurant style flatware.

Various kitchenware and accessories remain stainless. It'll be a long tail, but these big items should dramatically reduce nickel intake by probably 10s to 100s of mcg of nickel a day, which should benefit my girls in the long term.
