The EU has approved bans on commercial anon cash payments of more than €3000 and all business cash payments over €10000. Anon crypto payments to hosted wallets are banned. This is an absolutely disgusting assault on liberty. This reminded me of how the BSA(bank secrecy act) limits in the US have never been adjusted for inflation in 50 years, leading to a gradual increase in tyrannical financial survelliance. 10k in 1970 was a lot of money, today you can't even pull out enough cash to buy a new car without triggering an SAR(suspicious activity report).
