I cant hate a guy for breathing a .126, that's three drinks, you're lying if you haven't driven from a function at that level at some point in your life. Countless times in my life I rode bicycles on 12+ drinks, led a life like that.
However, 96 in a 55 is dangerous and precisely why BOC .126 is illegal.
