We’ve received an incredible amount of support from people around Nostr over the last year, and we’d genuinely like Scardust to become more closely connected to this world.
Not just as a band that happens to use Nostr, but as a band that can represent it outside the existing bubble.
And we think we’re in a pretty unusual position to do that.
Scardust is a signed band now heading toward our fourth album. We’ve already had the chance to play to crowds of around 15,000 and many more shows in the 3,000-5,000 range.
Noa also leads Sabaton’s Legendary Orchestra, performing on major tours in front of audiences that collectively reach into the hundreds of thousands.
Those audiences aren’t Bitcoin conferences. They’re fans, musicians, festival crowds and people from all over the world who may have never used Bitcoin, let alone heard of Nostr.
We think there’s real value in bringing this world into those spaces naturally, through music and culture rather than another tech conference or ad campaign.
Our upcoming US tour is one obvious opportunity, and we do have a few business sponsorship spots available.
Big Bitcoin® has already begun its hostile takeover of Scardust btw, and somehow already secured a sponsor spot.
So if you know someone who wants to outbid them before the acquisition goes any further, now would be an excellent time. 😄
But what would really excite us is something bigger than a logo on a poster.
We’d love to build a long-term relationship with a company, app or project we genuinely believe in, use it, represent it, and help introduce it to new people as the band grows.
We don’t just want to use Nostr. We’d love Scardust to become one of the cultural faces representing this ecosystem beyond the people who are already here.
If you’re building something in this space and that idea resonates with you, we’d love to talk.
And if someone comes to mind while reading this, please tag them. 🧡
