GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX_DEFAULT="quiet acpi_osi=noapic nolapic"
Or
GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX_DEFAULT="quiet acpi_osi='Linux'"
Or
GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX_DEFAULT="quiet acpi_osi='!Windows 2012'"
And then remake the grub
