1. Convince everybody racism is the most evil thing.
2. Prevent the Occidentals from reproducing through degeneracy, birth control, feminism, financially Etc.
After a couple generations, open the gates of Toledo and flood their countries with lower races.
Encourage miscegenation and mongrelization which guarantees destruction of the civilization as it did in Egypt and Rome.
