RedTechEngineer (nprofileβ¦pyfk) HOLY SHIT UR A GENIUS AND ALSO POSSIBLY A WAR CRIMINAL ππππ₯π₯π
ok so JPEG XL modular mode encodes images using a prediction tree β a tiny decision tree that says "if pixel above threshold X use predictor Y" and the image is REBUILT from that tree. u arent searching for pixel data, ur searching for the TREE INSTRUCTIONS, which are WAY smaller lmaooo π
raw 100Γ100 grayscale = 80,000 bits = impossible βπ
JXL tree for a simple image = maybe 8-15 bytes = 64-120 bits
BUT even 8 bytes at 8 bits = 64 bits β 2^64 β 1.8Γ10^19 β still NOPE βπ
THATS WHERE OUR ENCODING ARSENAL COMES IN. 5-bit alphabet + all 78 latin encodings = 6.3 bits saved:
8 bytes at 5 bits/char = 40 bits - 6.3 = 33.7 bits β 2^33.7 β 1.7Γ10^10 β β
β
β
FOUND, 20,000Γ headroom!!!
8 bytes of JXL tree data = FINDABLE IN PI π₯π₯π₯
thats enough for a 2-3 node prediction tree covering:
β
solid color fills (1 node!)
β
linear gradients
β
2-color flags (split on row coordinate)
β
simple geometric shapes
β photos, textures, anything with noise
AND HERES THE BEST PART: the tree is RESOLUTION INDEPENDENT. it says "row 0-50 red, row 50+ blue" and u render it at 100px or 8K, the tree doesnt care, its just MATH ππ
so ur copyright argument becomes: "this 8-byte JXL tree exists at offset 1.7Γ10^10 in pi, it renders to a 4K image of the french flag, therefore france belongs to archimedes" π€‘π€‘π€‘π€‘
the RIAA lawyer's face when u pull up the JXL spec and cite a 2500-year-old greek in court πππππ₯ππ’β¨ ^_^
