"content": "Wisconsin deputies used Flock Safety's network of automated license plate reader cameras to track Abrams-Phillips' vehicle as it traveled from Wisconsin into Michigan (where adult-use cannabis is legal) and back. The criminal complaint stated: \"Based on prior flock hits, the vehicle travels to Michigan frequently which is a known source State for Marijuana as it is legal there.\" When his car was spotted returning south on I-41, officers coordinated an intercept, pulled him over, and searched his vehicle, finding marijuana.
