I just don't see the parallel between "workers" and "youths" being that interlinked where "maps" can constitute a "vanguard". I think there are specific issues and policies that can help propel "youth liberation", but none of them are necessarily "map related". It seems like it hurts any chance for "youth liberation" by intertwining them.
