I can't shake the feeling that rsize_t is broken for the latest MacOS SDKs. No matter how _GNU_SOURCE, __STDC_WANT_LIB_EXT1__, and friends are defined, building with GCC on MacOS just.... breaks, looking for an rsize_t that doesn't exist...
