They suck at any aspect of marketing. They excel at writing backend code, and they've gotten pretty good at hardware design. Their minimalist UI design philosophy is ass, and their branding and marketing is ass.

I use Google cloud compute services a lot but I hate the console UI. Once I provision my services and SSH into them or whatever from my local terminal I'm flying, but navigating the web console to find what I need is an awful experience!
