enforce administrative regulations & endless rules. Rather than protecting us
against violence they bring the threat of violence to situations where it'd never
occur otherwise. Most incidents of domestic violence, a drunken brawl, or
gang fights, they don’t get involved however try driving down the street with
no license plates: how long it'll be before you're surrounded by people
with weapons."
