I do the same workout all year, many push-up (10 x 50 a day, varied hand placement to target differnt areas) pull ups (wide and narrow grip to faliure at least 3 times a day) dips, leg lifts, and kettle bells, and usually run (not summer) or swim ( summer) 2-4 times a week. and don't really take days off, exception is have not been running because of the wicked cold and snow/ice for a month this winter, but just jump rope. All this to have a better than average dad bod, lol.
