Beef jerky + leftover beef fat 🤌

I've been nomming 73% ground beef the last few days in my hotel room, and some extra fat has accumulated each night

Pairing it with jerky is perfect, and the solid refrigerated texture makes it even better since it melts in your mouth with each bite 🤤
