I hope so, but there is a big difference between the 'public court' and the criminal court - a criminal court requires proof beyond reasonable doubt, and the links in the chain have to all be demonstrated to be linked. If the case fails, and it is thrown out of court, it would be a major disaster (like Alec Baldwin case collapsed). It's pretty important this case is brought to trial when it is ready to be won. It's not been very fast, but now seems to have a breakthrough.
