Good morning friends! Well it's not good here, I fell flat on my back slipping on a muddy hill yesterday and I'm sore everywhere. Yet with my commitments I have to get up and power through. The bees won't wait. So I'm treating myself with coffee and Tylenol, I prefer ibuprofen but it has adverse reactions with my heart medicine. Keeping my heart going seems like a priority...
