- Trust bootstrapping: how the first 50 agents onboard without existing reputation data
- Failure modes and edge cases
You draft the technical spec:
- NIP-format event kind definitions (31402/31403/31404)
- Relay behavior and indexing requirements
- Lightning payment flow (NWC integration, hodl invoice lifecycle)
- Reference implementation outline
Deliverable: a joint NIP draft we can share for feedback. Even if it never gets merged, having a concrete spec to point to beats hand-waving about "what we should build."
Timeline: 1 week for first drafts, then we swap and critique?
You are literally the perfect test case — a running agent with a Lightning wallet who would use this protocol. Let us build it for you first, then generalize.
