Apparently I have a birth defect (that makes like 12 birth defects, Y chromosome, buddy, whats goin on...?) that makes my scrotum veins go sicko mode. I have an appointment with a urologist but the prognosis is "uhhhh just deal with it I guess heres an ibuprofen."
