This is the frog bridge in Willimantic.
Willimantic has a unique history with frogs, especially during the French Indian wars. I drive by 1-2 times a week.
Also note, the ftogs sit on top of spools of thread. Willimantic is built around textile mills, known for producing the best thread in the world in the late 19th and early 20th century.
