I don’t quite understand why the industry went to the no-reply addresses for communications. It is very anti-recipient, making it very difficult to get clarification. Also, in many cases, these emails are the public face of the companies, and they are saying loud and clear that they don’t care about their customers. But that may just be me that feels like that.
