I don't know a single anarchist personally that wants to "burn society to the ground" at all tbh. There's a big difference between we don't want any mode of societal reproduction that is hierarchical and oppressive, and we don't want society to function in any what analogous to now. There's obviously a million different ways of organizing things and a million different ways anarchists see things as working.

But I don't see why production of medication, something anarchists already do collectively (see for example the four thieves vinegar collective), would be halted in case of a social revolution of some sort. Also mind that revolution doesn't have to be a single event that completely changes society in a cleansing fire, a lot of anarchist (including me) see anarchism not as a noun but a verb. The main aspect of doing anarchism is to build community and community resilience, one aspect of which is continued access to medical services and other basic necessities.
