In my town ( and many other), you can look up homes by address or owner (GIS website). The DEI director for our school district lives near me. She's probably in her early 50.
I've noted that the ownership of her home has transferred into a trust. I'm thinking it's more for legal asset protection. Why else would you place your home in a trust?
