I was just checking the #grownostr hashtag on primal and this is what their caching server finds appropriate.
All of the hashtags on primal are full of these accounts sharing telegram and WhatsApp links.
A lot of these accounts have been posting the same thing for weeks or months so it's not a case of these accounts all being brand new, primal caching servers don't give a shit if the content is illegal or unrelated to the hashtags.
