Oh, this is so sad. When trying to research road safety and develop linear infrastructure guidelines for roads through natural ecosystems I struggled to get access to IRC publications. There are too many to buy and in case these standards and norms they apply have direct implications on public and #wildlife safety. It is absolutely necessary that they are mandated to be published #openaccess as a public good. It's IRC's basic responsibility. #IndianRoadsCongress #Roads #India
