Humans are greedy.
Our society operates based on a flawed assumption that you can elect people that will make decisions that benefit that majority of us.
This is not true, and can never happen.
People will ALWAYS make decisions based on their own interest. They dont give a fuck about you, about your suffering or about your family.
They'll make a war, if they make money out of it.
They'll inject you with dubious substances if they can make money out of it.
The first step to fixing this, is to acknowledge it.
