Nope. Never needed an algo or anyone to recommend me high signal content in my entire life.
If someone is interested in something, they just need to search for the term. Then read a few post, check a few profiles and do a few follows.
There is no need in life to be bombarded with "new to you" content, because there is literally an infinite amount of it but my life time is limited.
