Blood pressure update. The hard work is paying off! (And the vacation time.)
My 28-day average has gone from the AHA definition of “Hypertension 1” and just slipped into “Elevated.”
Time to celebrate with a big ol’ bag of salt! 😜 Nah. Just gotta keep it up. But I’m excited to see results.
