I don't know if they truly think 100% renewables is feasible or cheap. That's certainly what they say, but they also have a history of paying lip-service to decarbonization while treating any fossil fuel (including lignite) as an acceptable "bridge fuel" for an indefinitely long transition to an undefined future.

Certainly they believe that nuclear energy is radically immoral, "a fundamentally inappropriate exercise of human intelligence", regardless of what it does.
