The Yanbaru bus that travels between Naha airport and Churaumi Aquarium accepts QR payments, IC cards used nationwide, and various credit card payments. Funnily enough, OKICA isn’t accepted.
Further research shows that I can’t reach the aquarium before it opens, and the last bus departs before closing time.
