You don't need either, just the SeedSigner.
I actually think a SeedSigner only multisig is the way for most people.
You can store 3seeds at once & sign away.
Re:
Scan 3 seedQRs and sign the TX you created on bluewallet.
This UX is incredible and takes a few minutes only.
